 I had a variety repairs that needed to be addressed around the house.  Jim provided very reasonable prices, was great with communication and highly responsive.  He was also very flexible as additional items arose that needed to be addressed.  I required someone who I could rely on when these types of issues arise and I'm very happy with the results in every respect.  I'd highly recommend him and anticipate using him in the future as needed. 

Jim was great.  Professional, courteous, punctual, hard working.  When we were getting no shows for appraisal appointments and responses like "I don't do doors" or "I'm too busy", Jim came by for an appraisal on a Sunday afternoon, started the work just a few days later and fit us into his schedule.  We will use him again and have already recommended him to friends!
